This website is operated by JK Elite Consulting INC. (“JK Elite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), based in Slave Lake, Alberta, Canada.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website, including purchases of clothing and other merchandise (“Merchandise”), and your use of website features for customer service relating to our apps, including the Jaunt app. Jaunt is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play.
By visiting or using this website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked or referenced here, including our Privacy Policy, shipping policy, and refund or return policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
These Terms apply to this website and purchases made through it. They do not replace any separate terms, privacy notices, or other rules that apply to Jaunt or to the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those services are governed by their own applicable terms.
2. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and changing the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the time they are posted, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively alter rights or obligations relating to an order already accepted, except as required by law.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use this website only if you can enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use the website or its content:
- for an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
- to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- to interfere with the website, its security, or its normal operation;
- to upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or misleading information; or

Product descriptions, images, availability, and prices are provided for general information and may change. We try to display product colours and details accurately, but the appearance of an item may vary depending on your device and screen.
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and any other applicable fees will be shown during checkout or otherwise disclosed before you complete your purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices are in the currency shown at checkout. You are responsible for any charges that apply to your order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including if an item is unavailable or a pricing or listing error has occurred. If we cancel an order after payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled items using the original payment method, subject to applicable law. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with your order.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it or otherwise begin fulfilling it, as applicable. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
5. Payments, delivery, and returns
Payment is processed through the payment options presented at checkout. Payment-card and other payment information may be handled by third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the refund or return policy presented on this website. Review that policy before ordering. Nothing in that policy or these Terms excludes or limits rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.
6. Website and app support
We may use this website to provide customer service relating to our apps, including Jaunt. Website support does not itself create a guarantee that an app or support service will be available without interruption or that every issue can be resolved.

The website may link to or interact with third-party websites or services, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, payment processors, and delivery providers. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies. We do not control them and, to the extent permitted by law, are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or services.

If you send us suggestions, feedback, or other materials, you grant us permission to use them to operate, improve, and promote our website, products, or services, without payment or further obligation to you, to the extent permitted by law. This permission does not apply to personal information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for materials you submit. Do not send anything unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or that violates another person’s rights. We may remove or decline to use submissions where appropriate.

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including text, graphics, designs, software, and the Jaunt name and materials—are owned by or licensed to JK Elite Consulting INC. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights are reserved.
The JK Elite logo is protected by copyright in Canada. No licence or permission to copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or otherwise use the logo or other protected materials is granted by these Terms. You may not use JK Elite’s names, logos, or other branding without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-party names and logos, including Apple, Google, and their app-store marks, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply endorsement.
10. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be handled as described in that policy and as permitted by applicable privacy laws.
11. Errors and availability
We try to keep website information accurate and current, but errors, omissions, or outdated information may occur. We may correct errors and update website content. If an error affects an order, we will handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

This does not apply to the extent a loss was caused by our own fault or where the law does not permit such an obligation.
